Every project undergoes a complete first-article inspection (FAI) and CMM verification against your CAD model before mass production. Our quality control engineers inspect parts at every stage of production to guarantee built-to-print compliance.

What metal alloys and materials do you manufacture?

We work with a broad spectrum of industrial metals including aluminum alloys (A380, A356, 6061), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH), carbon steels, alloy steels, brass, bronze, zinc, and specialized heat-resistant alloys.

What are your standard lead times for tooling and sample approval?

Tooling and sample development typically take 3 to 6 weeks depending on part complexity and process type (casting vs. forging vs. machining). Expedited prototyping services are also available upon request.
