1. Preferred CAD File Formats
We accept 3D STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), as well as 2D PDF drawings with clear GD&T specs, critical tolerances, and finish requirements.
2. Material & Grade Specifications
Please specify material grades (e.g., Stainless Steel 304/316, Aluminum 6061-T6/A380, Carbon Steel 4140, Brass Alloys), heat treatment, and surface plating specs.
3. Quantity & Annual Volumes
Provide target sample quantities, estimated initial order size, and projected annual usage (EAU) to help us optimize tooling investment and unit pricing.
